Solano Computer Resource started out with one man's vision and is continually being built into something much more. Established in 1991 out of the house of Keith Locke (SCR's owner), SCR began at just providing computer solutions to a few individuals who wanted computers for their homes.

In 1991 Solano Computer Resource moved from Mr. Locke's residence to a shop at Suite A12 in the Georgia Street Plaza in downtown Vallejo, California. Open only Friday and Saturday, Solano Computer Resource's customer base began to really grow. Less than a year later Solano Computer Resource's operation went into full swing when they began a six day work week.

In the years to come Solano Computer Resource would continue to adapt to meet the varying needs of it's customer base. In 1996, Solano Computer Resource launched it's Internet Service named SCR Online.
